
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party
the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer
system. Confirmation is given in the form of an ATOL receipt for flight inclusive bookings. This contract is made on the
terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The air holidays and flight shown on this site are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. We act as agents for licensed tour operators. The relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. Click on the ATOL logo if you want to know more. As travel and booking agents we act only as Agents for the Principals actually providing the relevant services and with whom your contract will be made. We shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of such a Principal or its agents or servants. All holidays are subject to availability.
We do not make any charges for payments by debit cards. Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2% handling fee.
It is a booking condition of all tour operators and suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. In the case that you decline insurance you may be asked to sign an indemnity form or provide details of alternative cover.
All final payments must be paid 12 weeks before departure. If they are not paid we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by an immigration or other authority all repartriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.
